How does the Aurora Levitating Lamp float?
The bulb is held about an inch above the base by a magnetic field and receives its power wirelessly through the air — no wires touch the bulb. Setup takes about 60 seconds: plug in the base, hold the bulb over the center until the magnets catch, and let go.
What kind of light does it give off?
A warm 2700K glow, similar to a classic Edison filament bulb. It's touch dimmable, so it works as an accent light on a shelf or a soft bedside light.
What happens if the bulb gets knocked out of the field?
The bulb simply drops the short distance to the base and the light turns off — reposition it and it floats again. Every lamp is covered by a 12-month warranty.
