Shipping Policy

The short version: orders are processed in 1–3 business days, most items ship from U.S. stock and arrive in 3–8 business days (overseas-stocked items take 7–14), and U.S. shipping is free over $30.
Processing time
Orders are processed and handed to our fulfillment partners within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email as soon as your package ships.
Delivery time and cost
- U.S. orders over $30: free standard shipping, 3–14 business days depending on the item.
- U.S. orders under $30: $4.95 flat-rate standard shipping, 3–14 business days depending on the item.
Delivery estimates start when the order ships, not when it's placed. Most of our pieces ship from U.S. stock and arrive in 3–8 business days; a few (marked on their product pages) ship from our overseas partner warehouses and take 7–14 business days. Your tracking link always has the latest estimate, and holiday peaks can add a day or two.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We don't yet ship internationally or to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories — if that changes, we'll announce it to the email list first.
Tracking
Every order gets a tracking number by email. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll chase the carrier for you. See also: Track your order.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
- Marked delivered but missing: check with neighbors and your building's package area, then give it 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan early. Still missing after that? Email us and we'll replace or refund it.
- Arrived damaged: send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement. No need to mail the damaged one back.
- Wrong address entered at checkout: email us as fast as you can. We can usually correct it before the label prints; after the order ships, we'll help you re-route it with the carrier where possible.
